And Manoah said unto the angel of the LORD, What is thy name, that when thy sayings come to pass we may do thee honour? And he smote them hip and thigh with a great slaughter: and he went down and dwelt in the top of the rock Etam. And Manoah said unto the angel of the LORD, I pray thee, let us detain thee, until we shall have made ready a kid for thee.

And he arose out of his seat. And the men of Shechem set liers in wait for him in the top of the mountains, and they robbed all that came along that way by them: and it was told Abimelech.
